3. 參加費用(Fees)：
   1. 當然代表、代表及觀察員：Ex-officio Delegates, Delegates, and Observers：
      　　A. 2018年7月31日前報名並繳費者，每人：USD 300元
      　　USD$300.00 if registered and paid in full by July 31, 2018
      　　B. 2018年8月1~31日報名並繳費者，每人：USD 350元
      　　USD$350.00 if registered and paid in full during August 1~31, 2018
      　　C. 2018年9月1日之後報名並繳費者，每人：USD 400元
      　　USD$400.00 if registered and paid in full on and after September 1, 2018
      備註：以上參加費含會議期間（6天4夜）的食宿。
      Remark: Accommodation during the conference (6 days and 4 nights) is included in the above fee.
   2. 觀禮員：每人USD100元
      　　Spectators: USD$100.00 per person
   3. 參加世界會員代表大會，提前抵達或延後離開需交通食宿安排者（自費），請事先向承辦聯絡處登記，以利大會作業。
      3. For any BLIA General Conference participants who plan to arrive earlier or leave later and require accommodation (own expense), please register with the organizer’s liaison office in advance for ease of arrangements.

參加對象～身份說明

1. 當然代表：世界總會長者、理事、主任委員、副主任委員、檀教（講）師、協會督導、協會會長。
2. 代 　 表：(1)人數：每個協會有5名代表。此外，會員總人數達100名者，能增加1名代表，以此類推，最多以200名為限。參加之代表必須持有世界總會核定發出之會員卡。 (2)各協會輔導法師。
3. 觀 察 員：以協（分）會之幹部、會員為主。
4. 觀 禮 員：佛光會員名額不限，每人可獲贈大會紀念品乙份。。

1. Ex-officio Delegates： BLIA World Headquarters Elders, Directors, Committee Directors, Deputy Committee Directors, Lay Dharma Lecturers/Teachers, Chapter Elder Advisors, and Chapter Presidents.
2. Delegates： (1)Five delegates per national/regional chapter, with one additional delegate per 100 members, up to a maximum of two hundred (200) delegates. All delegates must have a valid identification card issued by BLIA World Headquarters. (2)Chapter Monastic Advisors
3. Observers： Officers and members of BLIA chapters and subchapters, but not to exceed ten (10) observers per chapter.
4. Spectators：Unlimited number. Every spectator will receive a conference souvenir.
